Sign in with OAuth or an email one-time passcode, then complete first-time account setup.
You need an account when you want to save marketplace items, make purchases, manage bookings, receive notifications, or access provider and marketplace administration areas.
The Marketplace Company does not use passwords. You can sign in with a supported OAuth provider or request a one-time passcode by email.
When you use email sign-in, enter your email address and then use the passcode sent to that inbox. The passcode verifies that you control the email address without creating another password to remember.
The first time you register, The Marketplace Company asks you to finish account setup before continuing. This setup collects required account details such as your legal name and date of birth.
These fields help keep the marketplace safe, support trust and eligibility checks, and make sure purchases, bookings, and account activity are connected to the right person.
Legal account details are not the same as your public profile. Your profile is where marketplace-visible information appears. Account settings remain the source of truth for private account information, sign-in details, preferences, and security controls.
