Refund Preset

A named, versioned set of refund rules for a listing: ordered refund conditions, each saying how much of the price comes back for who cancelled and how long before the session, and whether the service fee is refunded. A provider picks one per listing from the presets the operator allows, and none goes below the region's consumer-law refund floor. The starting set is Flexible, Moderate, Strict and No refunds.
